Stainless Steel 321H Pipes contain 17-19% chromium, 9-12% nickel, 0.04-0.10% carbon, max 2% manganese, max 0.75% silicon, max 0.045% phosphorus, max 0.03% sulfur, and titanium 4(C+N) min to 0.70% max for stabilization, with density of 8.0 g/cm³ and melting point around 1400-2550°F. It resists sensitization during welding and offers good oxidation resistance in intermittent service up to 1600°F. Mechanical properties include minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, elongation of 40%, and hardness max 217 HB or 95 HRB.
