Stainless Steel 317/317L Seamless Tubing contains elevated levels of molybdenum, chromium, and nickel, offering enhanced resistance to chemical attack, pitting, and corrosion. Grade 317L features reduced carbon content, improving weldability and minimizing carbide precipitation during high-temperature operations. These tubes provide tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa and a yield strength near 205 MPa, maintaining strong mechanical stability under stress.
