Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT pipes feature similar base composition of 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and balance primarily iron, with variations in carbon, aluminum, and titanium contents. Incoloy 800 has carbon max 0.10%; 800H reduces carbon to 0.05–0.10% to enhance creep and rupture strength; and 800HT increases aluminum and titanium (0.85–1.2%) for improved high-temperature strength and thermal stability. The alloys exhibit tensile strengths up to approximately 690 MPa, yield strengths near 310 MPa, excellent creep resistance, and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, making them suitable for sustained high-temperature service.
