Aluminium 2014 Pipes feature 3.9-5.0% copper, 0.50-1.20% silicon, 0.20-0.80% magnesium, 0.40-1.20% manganese, ≤0.70% iron, ≤0.25% zinc, balance aluminum. Mechanical properties by temper: T4 – tensile 370-390 MPa, yield 230-250 MPa, elongation 8-11%; T651 – tensile 435-483 MPa, yield 390-435 MPa, elongation 7-13%, Vickers hardness 155, shear strength 290 MPa.
