Alloy Steel T92 Tubing per ASTM A213 (UNS K92460) features 0.07-0.13% carbon, 0.30-0.60% manganese, 0.50% max silicon, 8.50-9.50% chromium for oxidation resistance, 0.30-0.60% molybdenum for creep strength, plus 0.15-0.25% vanadium, 0.04-0.09% niobium, 0.03-0.07% nitrogen, 1.5-2.0% tungsten, with phosphorus/sulfur limited to 0.02%/0.01% max. It delivers minimum tensile strength of 620 MPa, yield strength of 440 MPa, 20% elongation, and maximum hardness of 250 HB, offering outstanding creep rupture strength, weldability, and durability in extreme high-temperature service after normalize-and-temper heat treatment
