EN10305-2/3 ERW Tubing uses low-carbon steels: E215 max 0.10% C, 0.70% Mn, 0.025% P, 0.015% S; E235 max 0.17% C, 1.20% Mn, 0.025% P/S; E355 max 0.22% C, 1.60% Mn, 0.025% P/S. Mechanicals by grade/condition: E235 +C min Rm 430 MPa, A 8%; +N ReH 235 MPa, Rm 340-480 MPa, A 25%; E355 +N ReH 355 MPa, Rm 490-630 MPa, A 22%, with tensile, flattening, and hardness tests.
