The composition of Stainless Steel 316 and 316L Welded Pipes includes chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%). The 316L grade, known for its lower carbon content, enhances weldability and minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation, while the 316 grade provides superior strength at higher temperatures. These pipes boast a tensile strength of 485–515 MPa, yield strength of 170–205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%, ensuring they are durable, tough, and mechanically stable. Their welded construction allows for the cost-effective production of large-diameter pipes with consistent quality and corrosion resistance.

Choosing Stainless Steel 316 and 316L Welded Pipes guarantees excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and durability. Designed for diverse industrial applications, it delivers reliable performance in tough environments while maintaining competitive pricing for cost-effective solutions.
Stainless Steel 316 and 316L Welded Pipes contain chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%) for enhanced corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides. Grade 316L features a lower carbon content, improving weldability and minimizing carbide precipitation. These grades offer excellent tensile strength, good yield properties, and superior toughness across varying temperatures. Their mechanical stability, combined with strong oxidation and pitting resistance, makes them suitable for aggressive, high-moisture, and chemically exposed environments where long-term durability and reliable structural performance are essential.
