This balanced chemistry offers high tensile strength (620–750 MPa) and yield strength nearly double that of conventional stainless steels. The seamless design eliminates weld defects, ensuring excellent structural integrity under high pressure. Duplex steels also offer strong resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, erosion, and fatigue. These properties make them ideal for harsh service conditions where high mechanical strength and superior corrosion protection are essential.
