Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Tubing are austenitic stainless steel alloys containing 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel. 310S has lower carbon content (≤0.08%) to reduce carbide precipitation during welding, while 310 offers slightly higher carbon for enhanced high-temperature strength. Both grades provide tensile strength around 515 MPa and yield strength near 205 MPa, with excellent ductility, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The welded construction ensures uniform wall thickness, strong seams, and reliable mechanical performance.
