Stainless Steel 347/347H Heat Exchanger Tubing contains 17-20% chromium, 9-13% nickel, carbon max 0.08% for 347 and 0.04-0.10% for 347H, max 2% manganese, max 0.75-1% silicon, max 0.045% phosphorus, max 0.03% sulfur, and niobium 10xC min to 1% max, with density ~7.92-8.0 g/cm³. Stabilization prevents intergranular corrosion, offering oxidation resistance to 1650°F and good aqueous performance. Mechanical properties include min tensile strength 515-750 MPa, yield 205 MPa, elongation 40%, hardness max 201 HB or 95 HRB.
