Aluminium 3003 Tubing comprises remainder aluminum, 1.0-1.5% manganese, 0.05-0.20% copper, max 0.6% silicon, 0.7% iron, max 0.1% zinc, and trace others. Mechanically, in O temper it offers 95-130 MPa tensile strength, 35 MPa min yield, 20-25% elongation; H14 temper provides 130-165 MPa tensile, 110 MPa yield, 4-6% elongation, with Brinell hardness 28-40 HB and good fatigue strength.
